    • Verify NFT pairing intact
⚠️

Revenue loss compounds quickly. Address earning alerts within 24 hours.

Review Key Earnings Metrics

Purpose: Monitor cash flow and upcoming obligations.

  1. Navigate to Financials > Overview
  2. Check key metrics:
    • Wallet balance - Sufficient for upcoming payouts?

Actions:

  • Top up wallet if low
  • Investigate earning drops immediately
  • Verify data accuracy for spikes

Weekly Deep Dive

Spend 30-45 minutes each week analyzing performance in detail.

Earnings Analysis

Purpose: Identify performance trends and issues.

  1. Navigate to Financials > Earnings

  • Compare week-over-week trends

By GPU Type

  • Which models generating highest revenue?
  • Are earnings per GPU type meeting expectations?
  • Any type showing declining performance?

By Specific GPU ID

  • Identify top performers (for analysis)
  • Find underperformers (for investigation)
  • Look for GPUs with $0 earnings

Export weekly data to track long-term trends in a spreadsheet.

GPU Performance Review

Purpose: Catch hardware issues before they impact revenue.

  1. Navigate to Hardware > GPUs
  2. Sort by "Last earning" (descending - oldest first)
  3. Investigate GPUs with stale earnings data:
    • Check vendor platform status
    • Verify server is active
    • Confirm NFT pairing intact
    • Look for hardware alerts

Thresholds:

  • 24 hours: Monitor
  • 48 hours: Investigate
  • 72+ hours: Escalate to vendor

Owner Payout Tracking

Purpose: Verify payment obligations are being met.

  1. Navigate to Financials > Payouts > Past payouts
  2. Verify all scheduled payments completed:
    • Check against your payment schedule
    • Confirm amounts match expectations
    • Look for failed transactions
  3. Cross-reference with wallet balance changes:
    • Do payments match balance decreases?
    • Account for gas fees
    • Identify any discrepancies

Monthly Reconciliation

Comprehensive financial review at month-end.

Financial Statements

Purpose: Maintain accurate accounting records.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Statements
  2. Download current month statement
  3. Reconcile with internal accounting:
